Location: Currently remote, and after 6 months in Bangalore

Employment type: Contract/Full time

Required experience: 4-7 years

Roles and responsibilities: As an Oracle HRM professional, you will be responsible for maintaining the data of all the employees at aNumak and company, and have the data easily accessible and transferable over multiple devices. We are a rapidly growing company, and it is important to keep track of all data such as payroll, and compensations, and also make the recruitment process smoother.

Technical qualifications:

Experienced in supporting Oracle Cloud solutions focused on HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Recruit, Learn, Performance & Goals).
Strong experience with SQL and PL/SQL coding.
Experience with BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, User Defined Tables and Flex Fields in support of HCM report development and integration with external systems.
Good understanding of relational database and data warehousing concepts. Working understanding of ETL and Integration technologies (Data Stage, MFT, FTP, PGP encryption).
Experience creating and maintaining functional and technical documentation for report requirements and development.

Additional knowledge and qualifications( preferable):

Oracle Fusion OBIE (HCM), OTBI and BI Publisher
Data Stage
Knowledge of Agile development processes, methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools
