Director Of Sales

Roles & Responsibilities : -

  1.  Plan the sales target and monitor the progress on a daily/ weekly / monthly basis
  2.  Working on CRM and other reporting formats
  3.  Proactively introduce new ideas for client initiatives and suggest campaigns post discussion with client 
     servicing team
  4. Develop online outreach strategy that is in sync with the clients on ground activity
  5. Keeping track of the competition in the market and update all concerned, especially challenge the product development team to upgrade our offerings
  6. Monitor social networks for potential threats or opportunities 
  7. Responsible for marketing of IT Services like Web Development, Mobile App Development, SaaS 
    services in international markets like US, UK or LATAM
  8. Analyse business systems and functions; assists in identifying client requirements and provides 
    appropriate documentation for contract and pricing propositions
  9. Responsible for submitting close to 40 proposals submit on a daily basis
  10. Responsible for closing a good number of deals for international processes 
  11. Provide support in designing contracts and proposal 
  12. Setup portfolio on websites and get projects through these websites 
  13. Build relationships with customers and seek references 
  14. Experience working with application delivery, management structures and reporting procedures
  15. Create reports, PPT, Content and Email Campaign 

Accountable for : -

  1.  Customer acquisition in the set geographies
  2.  Revenue generation from every customer at acquisition level, managing level and up selling level
  3.  Commercial agreements and contracts as per customer needs and business objectives


Mandatory Skills : -

  1.  Should have hands on experience into digital sales
  2.  Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) and presentation skills
  3.  Should have a solution-oriented and consultative approach
  4.  Must have good knowledge of how to work with enterprise software solutions and clients/prospects 
     with varying size organizations
  5.  Must possess a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  6.  Should be a go getter, tech savvy, proactive, analytically strong and a team player with proven sales 
  7.  Should have experience in mobile and web application services
  8.  Good experience in international sales through online
